VAlerie and Adam / A wedding at castle hill inn

Valerie and Adam reached out to me back in 2019 to document a wedding that would have been in Italy, but due to pandemic, they had opted to do it in their home state — Rhode Island. Through their wedding day, it really made me realize that although it may be the cool thing to have a destination wedding, it has no impact on the love you have for your partner. It’s about the moments you share with one another that make the wedding day, not the location.

Valerie and Adam made their wedding day theirs by having a small, intimate ceremony with their closest friends and family. We spent the majority of the time by the cliff sides and rock formations that were cast with golden light from the horizon. The footage I got from their day was incredible with so many different light flares.

Adam also surprised Valerie with a song for their first dance, the same song you’re listening to in the film. Adam is a talented artist and songwriter. Go check out his music under his stage name, Sidney Riley. It’s amazing!
